Weddings

Choosing from any of the packages offered will provide you use of the wedding garden which will be set up and fully decorated. You will have use of the cabins and bridal loft for you and your bridal party to get ready on site. There are also endless locations throughout the 40 acres to take advantage of for photography.

There are numerous decorations, props, furniture, etc. to choose from included to cater to your specific taste. We have experience decorating for themes and styles such as: Rustic, Industrial, Shabby Chic, Modern, Vintage and more!

Outside vendors and rentals are permitted if preferred and are responsible for any set up and breakdown of their own equipment or belongings.

Each package is quoted for a 5 hour event time. The gates to the Ranch will be open at 8 a.m. on the day of the event and close at 10 p.m. We encourage any event to begin no later than 5 p.m. To allow an ending time of 10 p.m.

Access to the property will also be included the day before for a 2 hour rehearsal. A scheduled appointment may be made for use of the property on a previous date for any other photography (engagement, save the date, etc.) if needed, at no additional charge.

Live Oak Package

Cabins and Bridal Loft are available the day of event for dressing, makeup and hair etc. and is included in your package price.

The loft can also be used for the bride and groom as a honeymoon suite the night of the wedding for a total charge of $200.00.

Mimosas and a small breakfast will be included. A private horseback ride can also be arranged at an additional charge (offered seasonally).

An intimate catered dinner, set in the main barn, can be added to any package.
